Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and operate custom web applications across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments. You will configure APIs, manage datasets, and help deploy cloud infra using Terraform and AWS CDK.

You will troubleshoot performance issues, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and travel as needed to deliver solutions for diverse clients. A strong foundation in Linux, DevOps, and modern JS frameworks is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Associate degree requires 6+ years.
• 3+ years full-stack engineering with 1+ year in at least four areas: Linux admin, Python, Docker/K8s, or a modern JS framework, and DevOps.
• 2+ years in a platform engineering or developer role.
• 3 months experience with IaC tools (Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and operate custom web applications across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem.
• Configure, manage, and optimize custom APIs and datasets; contribute to cloud infra deployment using IaC.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and guide technical users.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to implement solutions; travel may be required 0–100%.
