Job summary

Armadin is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, deploy our agentic platform, and craft customer-specific integrations. You will own the end-to-end deployment, address wall-balls, and ship fixes the same night. You’ll bring learnings back to product to accelerate future deployments.

You’ll work with security, platform, and DevOps teams, turning ambiguous requirements into concrete deployment plans and ensuring operational health across critical deployments.

Qualifications

• Forward Deployed Engineer with track record of owning customer outcomes in the field.
• Experience at a leading AI company or AI-native startup shipping real, customer-facing products.
• Strong software fundamentals plus hands-on cloud deployment depth (AWS, Terraform, containers, networking).
• Bias to ship: prefer on-site solution delivery over lengthy docs, and own what you build in production.
• AI fluency and judgment: know when to configure, extend, or push a capability back to core platform.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the customer journey from pre-sales scoping through deployment and expansion.
• Customize at the edge by building customer-specific integrations and workflows.
• Embed with security, platform, and DevOps teams and CISOs to turn requirements into deployed plans.
• Build runbooks, automation, and self-service tooling for future customers.
• Close the loop with Product: bring field signals back to Engineering and Research.
• Own operational health: lead upgrades, scaling, and incident support for deployments.
