Job summary

IFS Copperleaf helps asset-intensive organizations decide where to invest billions using AI-powered decision analytics. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will stand up our product on customer data, prototype near-production solutions, and collaborate across Sales, Product, R&D, and Implementation to prove value within deals.

You will own the technical outcome from discovery through adoption, delivering fast, secure, and maintainable solutions while shaping the roadmap with customer insights

Qualifications

• Customer-facing and commercial ability.
• Abstraction and reuse across engagements.
• AI and agentic engineering with LLMs.
• Familiar with enterprise integrations in regulated environments.
• Domain knowledge in asset-intensive industries or capital planning.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, technical scoping, architecture, implementation, evaluation, productionization. Deploy and prove value.
• Build smallest safe prototypes to test hypotheses within deal timelines. Engineer for security, reliability, observability, and integration.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to turn validated patterns into roadmaps and reusable accelerators.
• Develop solution specs with customers to guide product understanding and evolution.
• Work with Product to evaluate business potential and market needs.
