Qualifications

• Apply software development practices and standards to develop robust and maintainable software.
• Actively involved in every part of the software development life cycle.
• Experience guiding non-technical teams and consultants in best practices for robust software development.
• Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
• Motivated by a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and interacting directly with clients on new features for future product releases.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics value-chain end to end: framing new business challenges, designing innovative algorithms, implementing and deploying scalable solutions, and enabling colleagues and clients to embrace AI.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust AI-powered solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership in scientific communities and conferences on behalf of BCG X.
