Job summary

Arize AI is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work with enterprise client teams, delivering production-grade GenAI observability and evaluation. You will translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions and manage multiple engagements with a high bar for delivery.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area/PST time zone, you’ll collaborate across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering, and help shape delivery playbooks while expanding customer impact.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years hands-on software development in Python, Java or TypeScript.
• Experience building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI apps.
• Experience with public clouds and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements with quality outcomes.
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup or consulting environments.
• Passion for AI and staying at the forefront of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale production-grade GenAI observability and evaluation programs.
• Lead technical discussions with engineers and executives translating priorities into solutions.
• Build custom integrations, tooling, and workflows extending the Arize platform.
• Manage multiple client engagements from scoping to delivery with strong execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to shape strategy and impact.
• Define and scale best practices and delivery methodologies for the team.
