Job summary

Wise Skulls LLC in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy Claude-based automation, craft reusable Claude Skills and agent workflows, and integrate APIs across enterprise systems for robust automation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable, secure solutions, monitor production deployments, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency and ROI through automation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, APIs, asynchronous programming, testing, and software engineering practices.
• Practical experience developing LLM-powered applications or agentic workflows.
• Working knowledge of Anthropic Claude models, Claude APIs, tool use, and structured output patterns.
• Ability to design reusable Claude Skills and agent-based automation workflows.
• Experience integrating applications with databases, external services, and enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, YAML, Git, and data-processing libraries.
• Familiarity with MCP architecture and secure tool integration.
• Understanding of evaluation frameworks, AI safety, security, monitoring, and production deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requirements into maintainable technical solutions.

• Experience integrating Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with enterprise automation platforms such as n8n, Airflow, or equivalent solutions.
• Demonstrated experience measuring automation ROI and operational improvements.

The successful candidate will be able to independently identify a business problem, analyze its data dependencies, design a Claude-based solution, develop reusable skills and agents, integrate enterprise tools through MCP or APIs, automate execution, and demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, reliability, or cost.
