Purchasing Power is hiring a Forward Deployed Agent Builder to design, build, and deploy AI agents that solve real-world workflows. You will work with business and product teams to translate problems into agent workflows and integrate with enterprise systems.

You will architect end-to-end RAG pipelines, use LangChain/LangGraph, and optimize memory and performance while ensuring product-focused UX. Hybrid in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph)
• Design and implement multi-agent systems and architectures
• Build and deploy RAG pipelines and work with vector databases
• Strong API integration with enterprise systems
• Experience with observability and evaluation tooling for AI systems
• Excellent communication and product design sensibility
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)
• Familiarity with MCP and skills-based agent architectures (preferred)
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (preferred)
• Forward-deployed or solution engineering background (preferred)

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring a Forward Deployed Agent Builder to work directly with our business and product teams to design, build, and deploy AI agents that solve real-world workflows. This role sits at the intersection of agent engineering, product thinking, and stakeholder communication — translating complex business problems into intelligent, scalable AI solutions. You will play a critical role in accelerating our AI-first strategy by delivering agents that create immediate and measurable impact across the organization.

You Are

A builder who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You are equally comfortable whiteboarding a workflow with a product manager and writing production‑grade agent code. You have deep hands‑on experience with agent frameworks and multi‑agent architectures, and you know how to design AI experiences that people actually want to use. You communicate clearly, move quickly, and care about outcomes over outputs.

Your Day-to-day

• Partner with business and product teams to frame complex problems and translate requirements into agent workflows, tools, and data architectures
• Design and build agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, including multi‑agent architectures such as ReAct and supervisor models
• Architect and implement end‑to‑end RAG pipelines using Copilot, integrating with vector databases including Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, and pgvector
• Build and optimize short‑term and long‑term memory systems, managing context handling and continuity across agent interactions
• Integrate agents into enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and platform connectors
• Develop business application agents using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, with integrations into Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint
• Design intuitive, usable AI experiences with a strong product and UX mindset
• Optimize agent performance for latency, cost, and accuracy; apply observability and evaluation tools to measure and improve outcomes
• Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

You’ll Bring

• Hands‑on experience with agent frameworks, including LangChain and LangGraph
• Proficiency designing and implementing multi‑agent systems and architectures
• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases
• Strong API integration skills and familiarity with enterprise systems
• Comfort with observability and evaluation tooling for AI systems

• Experience with Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)
