Job summary

Mercor is seeking senior supply chain professionals to build evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 enterprise contexts. The workflows are calibrated to the network complexity, volume scale, and operational stakes of Fortune 500 and large public company supply chain operations.

Contributors design enterprise supply chain scenarios, draft reference outputs, and write rubrics that capture how senior F500 supply chain operators think.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics at a Fortune 500 company or equivalent.
• Direct ownership of large-scale supplier networks or distribution ecosystems.
• Fluency with enterprise supply chain tooling and methodologies.
• Experience documenting processes or creating training materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct enterprise supply chain scenarios for large-scale demand planning and complex logistics.
• Develop tasks across sourcing, procurement, inventory optimization, and distribution networks.
• Incorporate tools such as SAP, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis into realistic scenarios.
• Produce reference plans and executive briefings using Lean/Six Sigma approaches.
• Draft rubrics that differentiate authentic enterprise judgment from generic templates.
