Job summary

BGE, Inc. invites motivated full-time students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields to join as interns in Fort Worth, TX. You will learn on a team, be mentored by experienced engineers, and participate in career development events and trainings.

Candidates must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, and demonstrate strong English communication and collaboration skills while quickly learning industry software and core business tools.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn industry software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees
• Attend specific events and training geared toward career development. Interns will participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.

Requirements:

• Must be full‑time student in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office) and ability to learn industry‑specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
