Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in formwork construction preferred.
• Excellent carpentry skills and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine formwork specifications.
• Measure and cut materials such as wood, metal, and plastic to required lengths.
• Assemble formwork components using various tools including saws, hammers, drills.
• Secure formwork in place using nails, screws, or bolts.
• Pour concrete into prepared formwork structures and smooth level surfaces.
• Remove forms after concrete has set and clean the work area.
