Job summary

Dondlinger Construction Company seeks a Form/Rough Carpenter for our commercial and heavy civil projects. The role involves building formwork, establishing layouts, and working across multiple sites as needed. You will split time between carpentry tasks and labor duties, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Candidates should be comfortable with heights, heavy lifting, and using a range of hand and power tools. OSHA knowledge and ability to read project plans are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with formwork in commercial/heavy civil projects.
• Understanding of plans and specs for material quantities and installation.
• Adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Construct formwork into which concrete is poured.
• Set out structure on site using strings and pegs.
• Read plans to determine materials and installation processes.
• Cut materials with hand and power tools; assemble and nail.
• Assist other workers on labor-based tasks and lift heavy loads.
• Work at significant heights and operate hand/power tools.
