Job summary

Redbock - an NES Fircroft company seeks a remote-based Consultant in the Continental United States to assist formulation and process development for a growing pharmaceutical team.

The role covers troubleshooting, manufacturing support, data trending, batch record review, and investigation review. Candidates should have hands-on experience with solid oral dose tablet manufacturing and related processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of hands-on formulation and drug manufacturing experience, predominantly solid oral dose tablet manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes (fluid bed drying, compression, coating).
• Experience with batch record review, investigation reports, and continuous process verification.

Responsibilities

• Formulation and Process Development & Troubleshooting for pharmaceutical products.
• Provide manufacturing support and data trending assistance.
• Review batch records and investigations; support continuous improvement efforts.

Work can be performed remotely from home in the Continental United States

SUMMARY:

Consultant needed to support formulation and process development and manufacturing for a thriving pharmaceutical team

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Formulation and Process Development & Troubleshooting
• Manufacturing support
• Data trending, batch record review, and Investigation review
• Other duties, as required

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5+ years of relevant, hands‑on formulation and drug manufacturing experience, the majority of which being solid oral dose tablet manufacturing
• Good understanding of and familiarity with manufacturing equipment and manufacturing processes and related principles for:

• -Fluid bed drying
• -Compression
• - Coating

• Related visual inspection equipment familiarity is a plus
• Troubleshooting experience, and experience performing batch record review, investigational writing and investigation reviews, continuous process verification, and trending analysis
• Excellent computer skills, including strong Microsoft Excel experience and experience with systems such as SharePoint and Veeva. JMP experience is a plus
