Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a talented pharmaceutical scientist to join our drug product development team in Redwood City, CA. You will contribute to formulation and process development from early-stage through late-stage clinical development, partnering with cross-functional teams and CDMOs to ensure robust, scalable manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in drug product development and formulation.
• Knowledge of solid oral dosage forms and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of CMC principles and ICH guidelines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate results.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to drug product development activities from early to late-stage clinical development.
• Design and execute drug product development and manufacturing activities for solid oral dosage forms.
• Preformulation and formulation development.
• Manufacturing process development.
• Process scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization.
• Process validation and commercial manufacturing support.
• Support outsourced development and GMP drug product manufacturing activities at CDMOs including manufacturing oversight and troubleshooting.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data and present results to project teams.
• Work independently with limited supervision to conduct research and troubleshoot challenges.
• Author and contribute to CMC documentation for regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs, MAAs) and internal reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within CMC teams and enterprise-level teams to support development strategy.
• Travel up to 20% to CRO/CDMO sites.
