Job summary

Delasco LLC is seeking a Formulation Associate to support our in-house Manufacturing team by turning approved formulas into compliant finished goods. This role ensures daily production runs smoothly while protecting product quality and documentation integrity.

Responsibilities include weighing, measuring, blending, packaging, labeling, and performing in-process checks per GMP standards. Strong chemistry knowledge, lab skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in a regulated

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field with related experience.
Hands-on wet chemistry, formulation, quality testing, and documentation required.
Experience in regulated lab environments (cosmetic/pharmaceutical/medical device).
Familiar with ISO 22716, GLP, GMP, OSHA, FDA and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Weigh, measure, and blend raw materials with precise batch documentation.
Package, fill, and label skincare products per specification.
Perform in-process checks and record results per ISO 22716, GLP, and GMP.
Operate lab/manufacturing equipment (balances, pH meters, pipettes, fill machinery).
Maintain SOPs and participate in CAPA/deviation documentation as needed.
