Job summary

A premier IT staffing company in North Carolina seeks a Formulation and Filling Technical Services Engineer/Scientist to provide technical support for vaccine manufacturing. Responsibilities include generating technical documents, troubleshooting, and analyzing GMP data. Ideal candidates will have experience in sterile injectable production and data analysis, holding at least a BS in Science or Engineering with relevant experience. Qualifications

• Experience working in a GMP environment.

• 4+ years experience for BS or 3+ years for MS in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for vaccine transfer.
• Generate technical protocols and reports.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Investigate deviations and perform technical assessments.
• Collect, organize, trend and analyze GMP manufacturing data.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, automation, engineering, QA and QC teams.

Formulation and Filling Technical Services Engineer/Scientist

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the transfer of new vaccines into the Holly Springs Fill/Finish area.
• Technical protocol and summary report generation as related to technical studies executed in direct support of GMP manufacturing activities.
• Manufacturing on-floor technical support and troubleshooting (off hours as necessary).
• Deviation investigation and technical assessments.
• Collection, organization, trending, and analysis of GMP manufacturing data.
• Work independently and in a multifunctional team with members from manufacturing, automation, engineering, QA and QC.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a GMP environment.
• Experience in sterile injectable manufacturing (Formulation, Filling, Inspection).
• Experience in data analysis and technical writing.

Strongly Desirable Skills & Experience

• GMP production of vaccine products.
• Process validation.
• Familiarity with LIMS, Trackwise, Delta V, and/or Pi data historian.
• BS Science or Engineering and 4+ years of experience.
• MS Science or Engineering and 3+ years of experience.
