Job summary

Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Formulary Management Pharmacist to influence therapy access at scale. The role focuses on evaluating new drugs, analyzing data, and supporting P&T Committee decisions in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment.

You will review formulary inclusions, collaborate with P&T Committees, maintain formulary lists, and provide clinical support for utilization management, prior-authorization criteria, and step-therapy guidelines.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Managed care, PBM, or health-plan experience preferred.
• Interest in formulary and policy work welcome.
