Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Formation Operator for its Bennington, VT location on the 2nd shift.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of Formation on the manufacturing line, ensuring precise chemical preparation and machine operation to meet strict specifications. Responsibilities include handling automatic and semi-automatic equipment, reading meters, performing calculations, and making precise changeovers.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience helpful.
• Adheres to company quality and safety requirements.
• Must wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Performing chemical preparation materials used in the manufacturing process.
• Working with a variety of automatic and semi auto machines and equipment, while following process specifications at all times; immerse into solution tanks for prescribed time and remove all at completion cycle.
• Read meters and perform math calculations and adhere to specific instructions.
• Makes minor but sensitive changeovers and set ups with required extreme accuracy.
• Visually inspects parts for conformance to specifications and records data on lot traveler ticket Communicate process specifics/issues to Engineers/Technicians.
