Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a Carpenter to perform under foreman supervision, constructing, erecting, stripping, and repairing structures of steel, wood, and plywood using carpenter's hand and power tools per construction documents.

The role involves installing footing, wall/column forms, structural deck forms, slab-on-grade forms, tilt-up/precast forms, and collaborating with layout teams while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Prefer to have OSHA 10 certification, if not we will arrange training.

Responsibilities

• Installs Footing Forms.
• Builds and Installs Wall and ColumnForms.
• Builds and Installs Structural Deck Forms.
• Sets Slab-on-Grade Forms.
• Preps and Sets Tilt-up/Precast Forms.
• Works with Building Layout.
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment.
• Participates in Training/Certifications.
