Job summary

LaRiviere Inc. is seeking experienced form carpenters to join our Boise, ID region crew. Outdoor work, physical labor, and accuracy with forms are expected.

You will read blueprints, measure and cut materials, install reinforcements, and ensure safety with PPE. Local travel may be required; we offer a generous benefits package including medical insurance, PTO, holidays, life insurance, and 401k contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in form carpentry and concrete formwork.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Strong mathematical skills for material quantities and dimensions.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and working outdoors in varying weather.
• Familiar with local building codes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Construct and erect forms to hold concrete until it hardens.
• Read blueprints to determine dimensions and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to form structures.
• Install reinforcements such as rebar within forms.
• Maintain safety using PPE and follow regulations.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and laborers to meet timelines.
