Job summary

The Walsh Group, Archer Western Construction, LLC, is seeking a Form Builder/Setter - Structure for the Central Water Region project in Little Elm, Texas. You will fit, align, and set metal or wooden forms, and lay out lines for slip forms to ensure proper concrete placement.

Responsibilities include measuring distances, marking guidelines, using power and hand tools to set forms, and assisting with other structures as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years verifiable experience preferred.
• Ability to climb and balance on scaffold/ladder.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must comply with all safety policies; communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Archer Western Construction, LLC is currently seeking a Form Builder/Setter - Structure for the Central Water Region - Doe Branch Project , in Little Elm, TX.

The Form Setter will fit together, align, and set to grade metal or wooden form for holding concrete, and set line for slip forms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Measures distance and marks guidelines on working surface to prepare for laying down work

• Uses a variety of power tools, hand tools, and fastening devices to set forms

• May assist with installation of other structures as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 Years Verifiable Experience Preferred

• Requires ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions.

• Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly.

• Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Compensation for this role is strictly limited to base pay and listed benefits. No truck allowance, per diem, relocation assistance, fuel reimbursement, or other allowances are provided.

ESTRUCTURA DE COMPENSACIÓN
