Job summary

US LBM, through Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, is seeking a Yard/Warehouse Rep I. This entry-level role involves receiving, stocking, shipping, counting inventory and operating a forklift safely to stock lumber and building materials.

You will follow established work and safety procedures, assist warehouse staff and customers, and help maintain an organized, efficient yard environment while learning our processes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to do basic math, read orders and complete forms.
• Ability and willingness to learn to read a tape measure.
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and stock lumber and materials.
• Receive, count and record incoming materials.
• Maintain organized bays and staging areas.
• Assist warehouse associates and direct supervisor to ensure clean work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and support inventory control.
