Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Worker for its Neenah, WI operations. You will pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ship products using forklifts and RF scanners.

This contract-to-hire role offers full-time hours in a non–temperature-controlled warehouse, with multiple shifts and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. The position requires forklift experience, ability to stand long hours, lift 20+ pounds, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment performing general labor and material handling.
• At least 6 months of forklift operating experience.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Proficiency with RF scanners for order picking and inventory tasks.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail in picking, verifying quantities, and inspecting materials.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic in a production/packaging setting.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, and prepare customer orders using material handling equipment and RF scanners.
• Build and wrap pallets to secure products for shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and store products safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Verify quantities and inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by completing documentation and updating records.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies while performing tasks.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
• Stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift, including lifting.
