Grimco, Inc. seeks a warehouse associate to support manufacturing lines in Owensville, MO. You will supply work centers with materials, transport finished goods to inventory/shipping, and collaborate with production supervisors to anticipate needs and delivery schedules.

The role requires forklift experience, familiarity with WMS and MS Office, and a willingness to pass background checks and drug screens. Growth toward supervisory duties is possible.

Qualifications

• 1-10 years of recent warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office suite, email, internet navigation.
• Recent forklift experience required.
• Be willing to complete a criminal background check.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen test.
• Strong work ethic – dedicated to getting the job done.
• Interest in growing with Grimco – potential overtime hours, and supervisory duties in the future.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to manufacturing lines.
• Supply manufacturing work centers with material and transport finished goods to inventory/shipping.
• Actively engage with production supervisors to pre-plan needs and delivery.
• Actively engage in safety oversight and monitoring whilst observing all safety rules, regulations, and signage.
• Use forklift to lift up to 5,000lb items.
• Take finished material to next process.
• Assist operators/assistants
• Store stock tagged material in correct location.
• Preoperational inspection of lift trucks.
• Assist operators/assistants with scrap and transporting to the proper area.
• Keep work areas as neat and clean as possible.
• Work within a team, communication skills essential.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
