Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Warehouse/Store Associate in Connecticut. This full-time role combines warehouse, store, forklift, and delivery tasks, with a pay of $20 per hour and a 40-hour work week, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift safely, loading/unloading, assisting customers, receiving inventory, keeping areas clean, preparing orders for pickup or delivery, and occasional truck deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is required.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy materials.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, including heavy tile and other products.
• Assist customers with product handling and general store needs.
• Receive and put away incoming inventory.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and store area.
• Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Assist with a truck delivery approximately one day per week.
• Safely move and handle heavy materials as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse and store duties as assigned.
