Job summary

Time Staffing is seeking a dependable Forklift Utility to support our production and logistics teams on the 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. The role focuses on operating a forklift and performing material handling tasks to maintain a steady flow of raw materials and finished goods.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate strong teamwork, punctuality, and attention to safety.

Qualifications

• Required Skills: Forklift operation (preferred but not required), shipping/receiving experience a plus, able to lift up to 50 pounds, strong focus and reliability, punctuality and attendance, good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to support production and logistics.
• Move materials and finished goods to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Maintain attention to safety and accuracy in material handling.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Forklift Utility to support our production and logistics teams. In this essential role, you will operate a forklift and perform various material handling tasks to ensure the seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Ability to operate a forklift (prior experience preferred but not required)
• Experience in shipping/receiving is a plus
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Strong focus and situational awareness
• Punctuality and reliable attendance
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior forklift certification
• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting ability

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior material handling or logistics experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 8-12 hours daily
• Physical capability to handle pallets and skids
