Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Indiana to safely operate forklifts, stock and pick pallets, and ensure accurate inventory and shipping documentation. Responsibilities include data entry, safety checks, and coordination with supervisors to meet production schedules.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of warehousing experience, with physical ability to lift up to 600 pounds and operate powered equipment. Competitive pay and full benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Uses sit-down and stand-up forklifts to stock, pick, and transport pallets of raw/finished products.
• Maintains records of product movement using a computerized system (RF may be used).
• Manages heavy material handling including pallets and drums up to 600 pounds.
• Performs inventory counts and verifies documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicates with leads and supervisors on schedules and priorities.
• Packs, weighs, and prepares shipments with proper documentation.
• Inspects forklift safety daily and operates wrapping machines as needed.
• Completes batch and other records and enters data into computer systems.
• Pulls items from shelves and packs them for shipment; uses forklift as required.
• Performs additional clerical duties related to shipping and inventory.
