Job summary
R+L Carriers in Montebello, CA is hiring a Forklift Mechanic for a full-time role. You will diagnose, rebuild, repair and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and hydraulic lifts while working Monday through Friday on various shifts.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of repair experience, can lift up to 125 lbs, uses computers for work orders, and brings own tools. We offer competitive pay at $32.97 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including vacation lodging at exclusive
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience with repair/maintenance of industrial fork trucks.
- Electric & manual pallet jack repair/maintenance experience.
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have own tools on site; company provides specialized tools.
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years.
- Aerial lift experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild, repair, and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and hydraulic lifts.
- Create repair work orders and use computer systems.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated.
- Follow safety policies and contribute to efficient service.
