Job summary

Forklifts Group in San Diego is seeking a skilled Forklift Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain our fleet. The role is full-time and based in California, with a competitive hourly pay and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You will work closely with the team, follow safety protocols, document repairs, and ensure uptime of equipment. Candidates should have 5+ years of forklift experience and strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a forklift technician or similar role.
• Familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair: Get hands-on with forklift models, troubleshooting issues and performing repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance, ensuring fleet reliability and safety.
• Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a safety culture.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
