Job summary

Mechanics Hub in New London, CT is seeking an experienced Field Service Forklift Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment in New London and surrounding areas.

You will work on electric, propane, and diesel units, with a focus on hydraulics, electrical systems, and AC drive systems, delivering reliable service and customer satisfaction. Overtime available; comprehensive benefits and a take-home vehicle are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on electric, propane, and diesel-powered units.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and AC drive systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience with electric and LP-powered equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Maintain and service lift trucks, aerial equipment, pallet jacks and related machinery.
