• Delivers products to internal personnel and assists other departments as needed.
• Performs cycle counts and maintains safe working environment.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Accurate physical receiving of materials/products to maintain the integrity of inventory control and ensure delivery of materials/products to the proper department.
• Receives product deliveries
• Ensures purchase order number is on all paperwork
• Records and checks the quantity and quality of good received
• Inspect, accept, or reject inbound shipments
• Communicates and coordinates with the appropriate buyer for product returns/repair
• Properly inputs received material into the computer system
• Delivers products to appropriate internal personnel
• Assists in other departments as needed
• Perform cycle counts regularly
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and managers
• Maintains safe work environment according to all department procedures, federal and state regulations
• Maintains job-related confidentiality
• Understands and adheres to organizational and department policy and procedures
