Overview

Wanchese Fish Company, Inc., a large east coast seafood company has an opening for a Forklift Shop Attendant at its Suffolk location.

Responsibilities

• This position requires working in a wet and cold environment at times
• Change pallet jack and forklift batteries
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Assemble and disassemble equipment
• Perform inspections and PM’s on equipment
• General housekeeping in the shop
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English
• Must have a strong desire to learn
• Good attendance is a must
• Mechanical background a plus
