Job summary

Mittera Creative + Tech is seeking a Material Handler to join our Newton, IA production team. You will locate and move materials, pack and label shipments, and assist with loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include reading job tickets, counting goods, using forklifts and pallet jacks safely, and maintaining accurate shipping documents. We value reliability, teamwork, and safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years material management experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklift, pallet jack and lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items and assist loading/unloading.
• Read job tickets and instructions before starting tasks.
• Obtain and record counts of finished goods and materials to be shipped or received.
