What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift equipment at customer sites and in the shop
Perform routine maintenance and preventative service inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable service
Document service work accurately and completely
Maintain and manage service tools and equipment
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
Work independently while coordinating with the service team as needed
