Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, seeks a warehouse associate to receive, count and record shipments, match packing lists, and prep items for storage. You will operate forklift/pallet jacks, deliver goods to designated areas, and assist with cycle counts in a safety-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of warehouse experience, forklift exposure, and a valid driver's license. Comp benefits include medical, HSA, dental, vision, 401k, and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Receives, counts and records shipment data into the system.
• Matches packing list information to actual packed merchandise.
• Prepares packages/merchandise for storage.
• Record receiving data using computer.
• Identify incorrect/short, shipped items and notify supervisor.
• Safely operates forklift, pallet jacks or other machinery.
• Deliver products to designated area and assist with stock/locations.
• Verify physical inventory and assist with cycle counts.
