Job summary

Mississippi Department of Employment Security is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for hand building pallets, loading trucks, and ensuring order accuracy. Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred (order selector, picking products, staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts).
• Experience driving a forklift and operating racking systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a team environment and cooperate with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallets according to load sheet or voice pick (if applicable).
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and wrap pallets when finished.
• Stage pallets and/or loads into trucks and complete paperwork for loading.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure regular, reliable attendance.
