Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Lancaster, PA. The role involves forklift operation in a clean, safe warehouse environment supporting a reliable supply chain. Weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse/PILIFE experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule on various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle paperwork in warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
