Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Material Handler in Goodyear, Arizona, offering weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. The role includes forklift operation, shipping/receiving, and cycle counting in a clean, safety-focused warehouse environment.

Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma and some related warehouse experience, with a valid forklift license. Typical schedule is 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime and advancement within Ryder's supply chain

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
Maintain accurate paperwork (picking sheets, bills of lading, etc.)
Provide support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
Participate in performance measurement guidelines of the contract
Perform other duties as assigned
