As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will handle automotive parts and supplies using sit-down forklifts and tuggers across Ryder's facilities, with a 2nd shift schedule of 4:00 pm - 12:30 am and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Follow contract performance guidelines and ensure accurate picking/packing and audits.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in warehouse operations (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
