Job summary

Saddle Creek Corporation is seeking a Forklift Operator to load, unload, sort, and transport products within our warehouse. You will work with fellow associates and follow safety policies to maintain a productive, orderly environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and be able to pass pre-employment screening. This role requires overtime availability and a commitment to quality and safety on the job.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently according to safety policies.
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, and transports to designated areas.
• Check inbound/outbound items for accuracy and damage.
• Use handheld scanners for warehouse management system compliance.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections of equipment.
• Collaborate with other warehouse associates.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly facility.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
