Job description

Join to apply for the Forklift Operator (Weekend, Overnight) role at Red Bull.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Forklift Operator is responsible for moving products within our warehouse safely and efficiently through forklift operation and physically loading/unloading trucks. The role also involves maintaining proper inventory, good housekeeping, and adhering to warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety

• Ensure effective and safe use of all equipment and PPE.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain energy sources for equipment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely to move products.
• Maintain a safe work environment following standards and regulations.
• Perform safety inspections and audits as required.

Operational Process

• Operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on palletizing equipment.
• Use electronic systems for inventory tracking.
• Maintain records and logs accurately.
• Deliver results with a customer-first approach.
• Collaborate with team to prevent line stoppages and improve processes.
• Build strong relationships with team members and partners.
• Follow standard work policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 2 years of forklift operation experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or inventory environments preferred.
• Knowledge of CPG and Food & Beverage industries preferred.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and warehouse management system knowledge.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds, and operate in varying conditions.
• Certification to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts, electric pallet jacks).
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Shift and Compensation:

Friday - Sunday, 5:00PM - 5:00AM. Compensation includes base pay + bonus: $20/hour, $3 shift differential, 5% quarterly bonus. Pay range may change.
