Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is hiring forklift operators in Mount Crawford, VA to load/unload materials and support production. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.

Shift details: Saturday–Monday, 6pm–4:30am, with an extra day possible. Pay is $19/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, PTO, holidays, 401k, ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision: operate forklifts to move materials and support production.
• Follow safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized according to Clean as You Go.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting our production teams.
• Safety First, Always: Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents, every shift.
• Sort & Support: Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice Clean as You Go and help maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift & Move: Be ready for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions throughout your shift.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred but well train and certify you if needed!
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a diverse team.
