Job summary

CJ Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts and EPJ in a warehouse setting. You will handle loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets to support accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.

Experience with forklifts and warehouse tasks is required, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role includes shift work with a midnight schedule and opportunities for advancement within CJ Logistics America.

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving.
• Tackle other duties as needed within training and expertise.

As aForklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks (EPJ), and other material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management in support of daily warehouse operations. This role supports daily warehouse operations through loading, unloading, picking, and consolidation of products while upholding CJ Logistics America’s safety and quality standards.

• Pay Range: $18.34 per hour + $1.50 shift differential
• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00PM - 4:30AM

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operatestand-up or sit-down forkliftsto keep orders moving and customers happy
