Job summary

Modula USA in Franklin, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stack materials within the warehouse. This role supports efficient operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and cleanliness standards.

You will follow inventory procedures, assist with shipping/receiving, maintain clean work areas, and comply with OSHA safety guidelines. A valid forklift certification and experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
• Ability to read work orders, labels, and basic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and stage loading pallets and equipment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials.
• Transport goods to designated storage areas, production lines, or shipping docks.
• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report issues.
• Follow inventory control procedures, including scanning and paperwork.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding workflow.
• Support general warehouse duties during downtime.
