Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operator license or certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Support accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production shifts.
• Adhere to performance guidelines and contribute to continuous improvement.
