Job summary

SRS Building Products - Stevens Point is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and distribution of materials for the warehouse and branch network. You will log incoming items, unload shipments, and help ensure on-time delivery while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Key duties include inventory rotation, accurate order loading, forklift operation, and collaboration with teammates to uphold our team-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Excel.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, logging materials per company standards.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with correct handling and documentation.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and assist with yard and office upkeep for safety and efficiency.
• Distribute materials to storage areas, rotate stock, and report discrepancies or damaged products for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold a 'team-first' culture and mutual success.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely following all guidelines.
