Job summary

Bell Cabinetry & Design Center is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and production operations. This role operates forklifts and material-handling equipment to receive, move, store, and load materials while keeping an organized, safe work environment.

You will collaborate with Receiving, production, and shipping teams, perform daily forklift inspections, and help maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification and proven forklift driving experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to operate forklift confidently and precisely for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials of varying sizes and weights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and materials onto outbound trucks; unload sheet stock, hardwood lumber, finishing materials.
• Enter sheet stock into the StoreTeq system and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage.
• Move hardwood lumber into the solid wood cell and stage materials for production.
• Maintain inventory locations and assist with counts and audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse free of hazards and dispose of waste.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report issues to maintenance.
• Support Receiving and production teams as needed and assist with special projects.
