Job summary

United Felts, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate to maintain organized storage for rolls and pallets and assist shipping with accurate order processing. You will perform forklift checks, keep materials neatly stored, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

The role requires GED or high school diploma or prior manufacturing experience, with responsibilities spanning forklift operation, loading/unloading, and safety compliance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma or previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating a forklift and maintaining organized storage areas.
• Ability to follow safety policies and document activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform forklift checks and report maintenance needs.
• Keep storage rolls and pallets organized to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Review loading slips or packing lists to ensure accurate order processing.
• Communicate with Supervisors and operators to support production.
• Set up production lines with rolls and pallets and pull orders to workstations.
• Maintain log of rolls, including roll number, length, width and location.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and in trash disposal.
• Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
