Job summary

Red Monkey Foods is seeking a Material Handler to build pallets, record inventory, and safely operate forklifts in a warehouse and production setting. You will load/unload materials, document movements, and meet daily productivity targets while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

The role requires forklift experience, teamwork, and a commitment to doing the job safely. Training and certification support are provided to ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience or certification within 30 days of hire.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Commitment to GMP and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safety: work safely, follow practices, obtain forklift certification as required.
• Food Safety: follow GMPs and report violations.
• Safely operate forklift and move materials; lift up to 65 pounds as needed.
• Inventory Control: document inventory and loads accurately.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: participate in meetings and share feedback.
• Leadership: act with integrity and respect, meet deadlines.
• Communication: communicate clearly with team and external parties.
