Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking candidates to operate forklifts in a fast-paced production warehouse. You will pick, pool, stage and load/unload carrier trailers while maintaining inventory accuracy using an RF scanner.

Flexibility to work in other plant areas, learn SAP/R/3/WMS, and adhere to safety policies is required. PPE is provided as needed, with an emphasis on safety and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Clear and respectful communication with others.
• Self-starting with emphasis on Safety and Quality.
• Mechanical aptitude or general mechanical ability.
• Awareness of working around machinery is helpful.
• Experience/awareness of shift work expectations.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Forklift driving experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift for picking, pooling, staging, and loading/unloading carriers' trailers.
• May work in other production areas as needed.
• Use RF scanner to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Learn SAP, R/3, and WMS as needed.
• Wear PPE and follow safety policies and procedures.
