Job summary

Tellworks Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move packages and materials across our facilities. You will operate a forklift with care to ensure efficiency and safety, including driving around warehouses and storage spaces. A responsible candidate with forklift experience and high attention to detail is essential.

The role requires reading and writing English, basic math, and ability to pass background checks. Full-time with competitive benefits in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Prefer 2–4 years of experience in a warehouse role.
• Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding.
• Basic mathematics skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Knowledge of forklift operation and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
